We use these mats to keep the kids busy and moving inside or out. Make it easy by having them together or harder by spacing apart. The floor is lava.

I set up the mat and the wooden parts before leaving for work and then get this video from my partner. Very happy that it amuses my child and provides the option for open ended play. She loves seeing the animals we don’t see that often.

Mat works well on the floor or over our play table.

My kids just love creating all sorts of activities with the dino mats, they have them in their cubby house, sand pit and across the back yard. Great quality.

My kids love playing with Happy Architect Dinosaurs and creating all sorts of stories about dinosaurs. Great quality and beautiful bright colours.

Last week, the three police officers from town came out to the station for some morning tea. The boys couldn’t stop talking about them (or making siren noises) once they’d left. Our village, vehicles, road and people were the perfect way to follow up that experience and keep the conversation going. One of my favourite things about these toys is the range of people in the set. It allows for plenty of conversations about roles in the community, diversity, culture and family structures.

Who am i? A little game we did this morning. These flashcards are from the freckled frog and its such a fun little game to match the skin to the animal. If you watched my stories you can have a glimpse of our game we did this morning. Set up a little play dough invitation for this afternoon whilst I prepared dinner. And let me say it was a hit. Happy Litte Architect range. Great for both kids working very much in the Enclosure Schema right now; but, it’s excellent problem solving for the clever kid—who, mostly loses her mind if she doesn’t understand it instantly. It is forcing her to stop and think and problem solve a little more.
